Description:

Design your own watercolor painting with local artist Roxsy Lin. Participants will learn essential watercolor techniques, from washes and blending, to creating rich colors and captivating layers.

This program is for teens ages 11 and older. Space is limited to 15 participants on a first come, first serve basis.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
