Transform ordinary rolls of duct tape into stylish and functional wallets to proudly show off to friends.This program is perfect for teens who love to express themselves through crafting and are looking for a fun and engaging activity to enjoy with their peers. For ages 13-17.

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
