Mona Field, past president of the League of Women Voters of Greater Los Angeles, presents a nonpartisan analysis of California's state ballot measures. Mona will provide the pros and cons of the measures appearing on the November 5 ballot.  

Please bring your ballots for reference, and any mailings you receive. Mona will guide you on understanding and analyzing these mailings.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
