Join Certified Food Preservation Instructor Brie Wakeland Muszynski for a presentation on the science of fermentation and how to safely make kombucha and other fermented sodas at home. The presentation includes tasting samples, and a Kombucha zine. Please bring a clean pint or quart size jar if you would like to take a kombucha scoby home.
