Join Integrative Health Specialist Dr. Desmonette Hazly for a series of three workshops as she explores how everyday ingredients found at our local grocery stores can be used to create meals that may prevent and manage chronic conditions like diabetes, chronic pain, depression, and cardiovascular disease. All adults are welcome and no registration is required; feel free to attend any or all of the sessions.

Today, you will be introduced to using Teas for Health and Wellness! Tea has many health benefits that enhance your mental and physical health. Discover teas from all over the world and the various ways they can enhance your overall health.

Participants will receive materials to take home at each workshop.

Saturday, March 28 at 11 a.m.: The Wonderful World of Culinary Medicine Learn the foundation of using food to address health and wellness concerns and how to easily incorporate basic culinary medicine fundamentals into daily meal preparation.

Saturday, April 25 at 11 a.m.: Spice Up Your Life 
Enjoy an interactive workshop that explores herbs and spices from all over the world and learn how to incorporate them into your diet to enhance your well-being.
