Description:

Members of Los Angeles Baroque, a community-based ensemble, will give a performance of music from the Baroque period (1600-1750), playing on instruments of the period. The presentation will include biographical information on the composers and a description of the music to be played.

Following the presentation, audience members will be invited to come forward, hold the instruments, and speak to the musicians about their instruments.

Instruments may include violin, viola, cello, viola da gamba, recorder, and Baroque flute.
