Join us for our monthly gathering for modern board and card game fun, adults and teens welcome. It’s our fourth annual birthday spotlight on genius game designer Reiner Knizia, known for easy-to-learn games with deep decisions and plenty of player interaction. We’ll have a plethora of his titles on hand including Babylonia, Botswana, Silver Screen, Marshmallow Test, Orongo, High Society, Havalandi, Cosmolancer and many more! Of course, you are encouraged to bring your favorite games to teach and play. Drop in anytime between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m..

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
