Description:

Junior Scientists in grades K-3 will learn about the different types of rocks and minerals, and how to classify them by:

Analyzing various kinds of rocks in a scientific manner
Observing versus watching
Examining differences between the various types of rocks
Predicting and testing outcomes from the activities

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
