Follow one family’s emotional journey through Alzheimer’s disease—from diagnosis to late-stage care.

Saturday, September 6: Lost Memories Season 1

Follow the Ramirez family as they begin to notice memory changes in Grandma Gloria. Learn about the early warning signs of Alzheimer’s and the process of getting a diagnosis.

Saturday, October 4: Lost Memories Season 2: The Middle Stages

As Grandma Gloria’s symptoms progress, the Ramirez family faces new challenges and learns how to manage behaviors, reduce stress, and seek support.

Saturday, November 1: Lost Memories Season 3: The Late Stages

With Grandma Gloria now in the late stages of Alzheimer’s disease, the Ramirez family gets guidance from a social worker, a nurse, and a chaplain as they deal with the stress and emotions of Grandma’s journey.
