Description:

Writers of any level of experience are invited to join our writing group for practice both writing short pieces across many genres and sharing your writing with others.

For this special Summer Reading Challenge version of our meeting bring your response to the prompt: Setting, a very hot day in LA. Story, open to share.

If you are unable to join us in person, you are welcome to join us virtually.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
