Moonflower Murders is a deviously dark take on vintage English crime fiction. A book within a book. This book has some of the characters from Magpie Murders, both real and fictional (real in the book at least) - Susan Ryeland, the fictional Atticus Pund, and the hovering presence of Alan Conway the author, in a sense, of the murders both fictional and "real."

If you haven't read Magpie Murders don't worry. You don't have to have read the first book to enjoy this one.
