Join us for a craft in celebration of Latinx Heritage Month! Mexican Sacred Hearts, also known as Milagros, are small folk charms that are a traditional Mexican art form. The word Milagros is Spanish for "miracle" or "surprise," and these charms have cultural significance. They can symbolize love, protection, devotion, healing, gratitude, and asking for good health.

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
