Description:
With back to school just around the corner, join us for a presentation by Kira Bender, a local Pediatric Occupational Therapist. She will share tools and ideas on how we can support children during the tough transitions of childhood. Designed for caregivers of preschoolers through elementary children, participants will learn skills and tips for connecting with their children and regulating emotions. A back-to-school craft will be offered for youth in attendance and all our encouraged to stick around after the presentation for our monthly BARK reading program at 1 p.m.
This program is generously funded with support from the Northridge Branch Friends of the Library.
