In Brie's workshops, participants engage hands-on in developing important culinary and food safety practices, all while creating various delicious food preservation recipes.
Brie Wakeland has been teaching food preservation workshops regularly at the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden and at the Santa Monica Farmer's Market for the last two years. She works as an educator teaching children culinary arts and gardening, in addition to her work at a culinary arts school in Santa Monica.
