Description:

Join the UCLA Ballet Company for an introduction to the essential components of ballet, inluding fundamental moves and musicality. Dancers who participate in both this workshop and the workshop on Wednesday, April 30 can choose to perform in a 15-minute recital at the end of the second class!

The UCLA Ballet Company seeks to make ballet more accessible to the Westwood community through education and movement. Ballet not only helps us stay physically balanced, but also is a great medium for individuals to grow artistically and socially.

This workshop is geared towards children ages 4-9. Teens and adults can participate in the classes on Saturday, May 3 and Saturday, May 31 at 9:30 a.m.
