Description:

Join us for an engaging discussion on some of the world's best short stories! This year's selections are from 100 Great Short Stories edited by James Delay and The Scribner Anthology of Contemporary Short Fiction. This month's selection (from 100 Great Short Stories) are:

  • June 1: His Pa Gets Mad! by George W. Peck
  • June 8: The Necklace by Guy de Maupassant
  • June 15: A White Heron by Sarah Orne Jewett
  • June 22: How Much Land Does a Man Need? by Leo Tolstoy
  • June 29: The Goophered Grapevine by Charles Waddell Chesnutt

We meet every Monday morning (except holidays).
