Description:
The Echo Park Film Center (EPFC) believes that everyone has a story to tell, but not everyone has the tools to tell their story. So we welcome you to join us for an afternoon of discovery, dreams, and conversation in hopes of planting a seed for your very own documentary film project about Home and/or Place. Come embrace the wonderful resources at the Pio Pico-Koreatown Library and the mentorship of the EPFC collective to start this journey together! This 2-hour workshop will include conversations about planning and creating your very own short film. No prior experience is necessary, and all resources and information will be provided free of charge. Come with some ideas of a documentary film you would like to make! And we will share with you the Library's plethora of resources to help your film come to life.
