Description:
Join L.A.-based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor, Jessica Wang, for a workshop on the art of pickling. Learn pickling tips and insights inspired by her family's cultural heritage. Participants will be invited to taste and even take some pickles home!
Supplies are provided on a first come, first served basis. For ages 11-19.
