Bring your lunch and join LAPL Photo Collection in welcoming Los Angeles photographer Noé Montes, who will be presenting "Unhoused," a selection of his images depicting the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles. For more than twenty years, Montes has been documenting underrepresented communities to effect change through storytelling, education, and advocacy. The themes of his work revolve around social issues that shape a new American narrative.
