Description:
Join us for a hands-on pickling workshop to be introduced to the basic concepts of fermentation and vinegar pickling. Attendees will gain basic pickling and preservation skills to prepare pickled foods at home.
This program is presented by Los Angeles-based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor Jessica Wang. She will share pickling tips and insights drawn from her family’s diasporic Chinese culinary heritage.
