Description:

Spend an afternoon with L.A. based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor, Jessica Wang. You will be introduced to the basic concepts in fermentation and vinegar pickling. This program is tailored for students ages 11-18.

All attendees will assemble a jar of pickles to take home.

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
