Description:
Spend an afternoon with L.A. based Chinese American fermented food advocate and instructor, Jessica Wang. You will be introduced to the basic concepts of fermentation and vinegar pickling. You will also learn pickling tips and insight drawn from her family’s diasporic Chinese culinary heritage.
