Please join us for a calming and peaceful experience, learn coping strategies to manage anticipatory emotions and understand how to use movement, breath-work, and meditation to release stress and implement self-regulation.
Regina will guide participants through somatic movement, brain yoga, and breathing exercises and end with a 5-minute guided mindful meditation.
