Please join Staci Mintz, who will go over the history of meditation, the benefits of meditation (including neuroscience) in plain language, frequently asked questions regarding how to overcome barriers and intimidation factors, and how to know you are doing it "right." The class will practice 3 very different meditation types so participants can have the experience.
