Led by watercolor artist and illustrator Roxsy Lin, you will discover the essentials of watercolor techniques as you bring a beautiful small painting to life. From washes and blending to creating rich colors and captivating layers, this class is designed to unlock your inner artist.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
