Join Dr. Gloria Arjona as she presents - Diego Rivera: Coloring the Stories of the Maya Peoples. In this easy to understand approach to the complex Mayan world Dr. Arjona will regale the audience with a wide repertoire of songs from Mexico and Central America, in Spanish, Mayan and Nahuatl.

As an educator and performer, Dr. Gloria Arjona believes in the power of oral literature to convey the rich cultures of Latin America; therefore, in her lectures, she includes live music, media, poetry, and traditional attire.
