In celebration of African-American History Month the San Fernando Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Friends of Chatsworth Library are proud to present a panel discussion about the benefits of eating healthy, practical steps to change our behaviors and ways to create long-term change. Panel will include a nutritionist, a vegan chef, a doctor and healthy soul food Chef Cheryl Tate.
Following the panel join Chef Cheryl as she demonstrates a fresh and fun take on soul food that combines healthy eating with absolute flavor when she puts together collard green salad with samples to follow.
