Description:
Join us for Summer With the Library and celebrate the Earth and growing things by making clay and compost seed bombs filled with California native wildflower seeds! In this talk-and-do workshop, participants will learn about the origin of "seed green-aids," and other green movements, past and present, and will be encouraged to talk about their own ideas about sustainability and climate change. All materials are provided, and teens take home a bag full of seed bombs with instructions on how and when to successfully launch them.
This program is best for ages 11 and up. Limit: 15 participants.
