Few things are as fun as getting your hands dirty, especially when the result are clay and compost seed bombs filled with California native wildflower seeds. In this talk-and-do workshop, participants will learn from Wendy McPherson, a former Young Adult Librarian and an expert gardener, about the origin of “seed green-aids”, other green movements past and present, and will be encouraged to talk about their own ideas about sustainability and climate change.

All materials provided and teens take home a bag full of bombs with instructions on how and when to successfully launch them. Space is limited to 15 participants.
