Description:

To celebrate Summer With the Library, join us for a hands-on seed bomb-making program. This program will allow you to make your own clay and compost "bomb" filled with California native wildflower seeds, an important food source for our pollinators.

We will discuss the concepts of citizen science, sustainability, climate change, biodiversity, and some of the interesting urban roots of the modern environmental movement.

Recommended for ages 8 and up.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
