The Friends of the Van Nuys Branch Library is hosting a used book sale, with books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl available at bargain prices. This is a great opportunity to stock your shelves, pick up engaging material, and support the library. Stop by between 9:30 a.m. and 12 noon.

All proceeds will benefit programming and collection development at the Van Nuys Branch Library.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
