Description:

Artist Katy DeBra will guide attendees in using water color pencils to create their own beautiful pieces of art. Please join us for this final teen program in our Summer With the Library program series. This program is open to teens and adults.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
