Description:

Children and their families will learn how 3D printers work and design their projects using Tinkercad, a free web app for 3D design. Completed designs will be printed for free. Participants will be notified when prints are ready for pickup.

For children ages 7 and up and their families, including older siblings and caregivers.

The Octavia Lab is a do-it-yourself maker space located inside the Los Angeles Public Library's historic Central Library.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
