Join Chef Jess Wang for a communal Chinese dessert tradition: preparing hand-rolled sticky rice dumplings! Learn about the symbolic significance of these delicious dumplings, and see how fruity and veggie QQ pearl dumplings are made! The cooking demo will include a hands-on activity and will be followed by a tasting. This is a gluten-free and vegan-friendly event.
This event is intended for folks between the ages of 11-19. All supplies will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
