Description:
Come join us for a fun, family-friendly workshop where kids learn how to make their own pickles while discovering the basics of fermentation and vinegar pickling. Led by L.A.-based instructor Jessica Wang, who shares tips inspired by her Chinese American culinary heritage, the program includes a lively talk, demo, and hands-on jar-making activity. Due to limited supplies, we can only accommodate 20 children, first-come, first-served.
