Description:

Middle and High Schoolers are welcome to join our Teen Council meeting via Zoom, and give us your suggestions on what other teens would like at the Sylmar Branch Library! Help us choose library events, books and manga to have for the library. Also, learn how you can help save the planet by using apps that let you report your observations to help local researchers and scientists.

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
