Do you love graphic novels? Does your family get tired of having to talk about Watchmen—again? Looking for someone to geek out with you over the new stuff from Brian K. Vaughan? Then this is the club for you!
This month, we'll discuss Tank Girl: 2 Girls 1 Tank, Vol. 1. Born in 1988 in British indie comics magazine "Deadline", co-creators Alan Martin and Jamie Hewlett delivered a foul-mouthed, chain-smoking, anarchic, shaven-haired heroine, who along with her main-squeeze, Booga the kangaroo, Jet Girl, Sub Girl and a host of other friends (and enemies) have gone on to be a scourge of the industry ever since. The intended audience for this monthly Zoom event is teens aged 16+ and adults. J. Blakemore will continue to lead the lively discussion, just as he has since 2018.
