Join Black Women For Wellness and the Los Angeles Public Library's Social Science, Philosophy, and Religion Department for Read With Me, Sis—a book club exploring racial healing through: truth, healing/grief, and transformation in the intergenerational narratives of Black Women Authors. This month, we will be discussing Sisters of the Yam by bell hooks. This meeting will be held in-person.

Parking for cars entering 524 South Flower Street Garage after 3 p.m. (until Library closing) - $1.00 Flat rate with validation.

Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
