Sandra Gonzalez-Mora, M.Ed., and Reynaldo Mora, B.A., write, illustrate and publish bilingual picture books together with the help of their children. They founded Skillful & Soulful Press as a family. Their first book, Mommy, Tell Me Why I Am Radiant received two International Latino Book Awards. Their mission is to increase the number of bilingual children's books by Latinx authors that help introduce children to a sophisticated vocabulary because this is important to a child’s reading and life success.

Our family wrote, illustrated, and published our first bilingual children’s picture book independently in 2017. We were extremely proud to share our book with families so that they celebrate the love of language together.
