Dipacho was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and works as an author and Illustrator of children’s books, activity that he compliments with the design of posters and covers, his work has been published by publishers of Colombia, Brazil, México, Italy and France. He has received awards such as the prize "A la orilla del viento" of FCE, honorable mention in the Biennial of Illustration Bratislava, CJ Award Korea, White Ravens of Germany, Honorable Mention “Banco del libro de Venezuela”, list of honor IBBY, selected for exhibition in Bologna fair, among others.
