The Mid-Valley Regional Branch Library opened its doors in March 1996. Join us for a day of performances, speeches, refreshments, photo ops and more! Lineup subject to change.

  • 12 noon - Opening Remarks & Refreshments
  • 1 p.m. - Balloon Artist & Craft Activities
