Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse Prevention
About the Event
A representative from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will focus on empowering beneficiaries to identify and report Medicare fraud, waste and abuse. The topics discussed will include how to protect your Medicare number, recognize common scams targeting seniors and access resources such as the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) and the Medicare helpline.
