Join us for an all day music festival to celebrate the official start of summer! Make Music LA Day is part of a global event that celebrates with free music events. The all-day music festival is brought to you by the Friends of Silver Lake Library.

3:00 p.m. Temu Soundbath (DIY music therapy experiment)
3:30 p.m. Cello Centric (12 cello centric compositions by Southern California composers)

Join a “Friends” group. There is a “Friends of the Library” group for most branch libraries and departments of the Central Library. Join the Library Foundation of Los Angeles. The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
