Vietnamese Spring Roll Making Class With Emmy Lam

About the Event

Join us as we learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls! Vietnamese spring rolls are scrumptious and a healthy choice of food. They are served cold (not fried) and filled with fresh crunchy vegetables, herbs, and rice noodles and wrapped in rice paper with tangy-sweet dipping sauce. They are perfect appetizers for all occasions year-round! Ingredients will be provided, and no knives are involved. This program is recommended for participants ages 12 and up.
