About the Event

Join us for weekly discussions and processing of various topics, guided by a mental health clinician. Each session will focus on different issues based on the participants' needs. Feel free to drop in whenever you need support. The meetings will take place in the Community Room at the Westwood Library. Everyone is welcome!
