Learn how to make Korean rice balls, known as jumeokbap (literally 'fist rice'). These fun and flavorful rice balls are often seasoned and filled with savory ingredients, then shaped by hand into bite-sized portions. A popular snack and picnic food in Korea, they're simple to prepare, customizable, and perfect for all ages. In this program, you'll get hands-on experience making your own jumeokbap.
