Intro to Coding for Kids

About the Event
Join us for a four-part series on coding! Led by a computer science teacher, this series will introduce kids to text-based coding to create graphics and animation. This program is intended for children ages 8 and older. Spots are limited, so sign-up is required. Email studio@lapl.org to sign up.
Each session in this series will build on the last, so please plan to attend all four sessions.
Materials will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own device if you prefer. Anything with a keyboard and access to Wi-Fi and Google Chrome will work, such as a laptop or Chromebook.
