When We Write, We Win: A Conversation With Four Women Writers

About the Event

Join us at the library when writers Ryane Nicole Granados (middle grade fiction), traci akemi kato-kiriyama (poetry and memoir), Kate Maruyama (science fiction and literary fiction), and Lisa Morton (horror and the supernatural) sit down together to discuss their fiction and nonfiction writing, the challenges women confront in publishing, their victories and disappointments, and how they work to help other writers.

Copies of some of their books will be available to borrow with a library card. In addition, bring your own books for them to sign.

For disability-related accommodations, please call (213) 228-7430 at least five business days prior to the event.
