Scam artists use a variety of techniques to convince you to hand over your hard-earned money. Scammers are targeting individuals with promises on high returns on trading. In this presentation, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), will discuss how scam artists work and how you can avoid scams and protect your money.

The Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for Library enhancement programs such as adult and early literacy, children and teen reading clubs, technology, and cultural programs.
