Join us in honoring the Dorothy Vena Johnson Collection, established by Miriam Matthews, the first Black librarian for the Los Angeles Public Library, as we welcome it to its new home at the Baldwin Hills Branch. This move ensures greater visibility, access, and long-term stewardship of this vital Black history collection.
